We built DigitalCare60 to be different: a transparent, AI-powered directory where you can find and call any provider directly. Our data comes from the CMS Care Compare database, the same source used by Medicare.gov — covering over 40,000 licensed providers nationwide.

Our Data
Provider listings are sourced from the CMS Care Compare program, which collects data on Medicare- and Medicaid-certified skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and hospice providers. We supplement this with additional care types and keep our database updated regularly.
Ratings reflect CMS’s 5-star quality rating system where available. Some newer or non-certified providers may not have ratings.
