Last updated: June 15, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DigitalCare60 (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DigitalCare60 is a senior care provider directory. We provide information about care providers sourced from the CMS Care Compare public database and other sources. We are a referral directory only — we do not provide care services, employ caregivers, or act as an agent for any provider.
3. No Medical Advice
Information on DigitalCare60 is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, or professional advice. AI-generated summaries and match recommendations are provided as a convenience and should not substitute for your own due diligence in selecting a care provider.
Always verify provider credentials, licensing, and current availability directly with the provider before making any care decisions.
4. Provider Information Accuracy
Provider listings are sourced from public CMS data and may not reflect the current state of any facility. DigitalCare60 makes no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of provider information. Phone numbers, addresses, ratings, and availability are subject to change.
5. Provider Accounts
Care providers may create accounts to claim and manage their listings. By creating an account, you certify that:
- You are authorized to represent the facility or organization
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date
- You will notify us promptly of any changes to your listing information
6. Payment Terms
Featured placement plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Service to:
- Scrape or harvest provider data in bulk
- Submit false or misleading information
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
8. Limitation of Liability
DigitalCare60 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on provider information displayed on our platform.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
